How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

You talk to an independent local tree provider. Not a call center script, and not Supplieddid Tree Service doing the work. Supplieddid Tree Service makes the introduction. The provider answers your questions, gives a quote and does the job.

Each provider is a separate business. Each sets its own prices, schedule and service area.

What Happens on the Call

Here is the usual order.

1. First, you describe the tree, where it stands and what is near it. 2. Next, the provider asks a few questions. Height, lean, access and nearby wires are common ones. 3. Then, the provider may book a visit or give a rough range by phone. 4. Last, you get a written quote to review.

Call hours vary by provider. If you do not reach someone, send a request and a provider can follow up.

What to Ask a Provider

Keep this list handy.

  • Are you licensed and insured where required?
  • What exactly is in the price? Cutting, hauling, wood, cleanup?
  • Is stump grinding included, or priced separately?
  • How will you protect my roof, fence, lawn and slab?
  • Do you need a permit for this tree?
  • When could you start?

Extra Questions for Older Homes

Older houses can hide surprises. Mention aging roofs, past repairs, old sewer lines or a settled slab. Then ask how the crew will lower limbs near them. Ask what happens if the provider finds a problem mid-job.

You Are in Control

You choose whether to accept a quote. You can compare more than one. There is no obligation. If something feels rushed or unclear, pause and ask again.

If a tree is down after a storm, say so right away. Storm tree clearance is often handled differently from planned work.
